Best Way to Make Delivery and Shipping Restaurant Equipment Easy and Affordable

Buying or selling restaurant equipment? Restaurant equipment is large and heavy. Most equipment will require a freight truck to transport it. If you are located in the Milwaukee area, we offer pick and delivery services. If you are outside of the Milwaukee area we will use a common carrier transport service. Please call our office, and we will discuss options and costs.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

The shipping charge is calculated within our system based on the dimensions, weight, freight class, and by zip code. Our freight calculator communicates with multiple freight carriers to determine the lowest rates available to your location, including our volume discount.

Standard Delivery:

Standard deliveries are delivered inside your building in your designated area. We do need to know prior to your delivery, and obstacles – such as stairs, etc. – so we can make sure we have the right equipment with us to ensure your delivery goes as smooth as possible.

Local Pickup:

Local Pickup may be available if you are near S&P Equipment distribution center. Our team at the local distribution center will notify you once your order is ready for pickup or if any substitutions may be required. We will load the equipment and strap it down for your convenience at no additional charge. Local pickup hours are regular business hours Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm in the respective time zone. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are not eligible for same-day local pickup and may show a pickup estimation of 9:30 am the following business day.

Processing Time:

Products marked "Ships same day if ordered by 2:00 pm CST leave our warehouse within 24 hours of order processing. Orders placed after 5:00 pm CST will ship on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will ship on the next business day. If item quantity exceeds available warehouse stock, processing time may be delayed.
